You know, it's not like black-light reflective tattoo ink was just invented. Ray has had a tattoo with black light ink in it forever, however, apparantly they've created a new kind. It shows up white in the daytime and it completely safe. I've been trying to decide what to make my next tattoo, and these pictures gave me a great idea: Stars and moons on my lower back in this white ink. How cool would that be?
